Sunrail Trip

So I think this may have been a huge hit with the boys! I know we both enjoyed it!

We started the day off by taking a ride over to Debary to ride the Sunrail into WinterPark. It was a beautiful sunny day out so we knew we wanted to spend it outside. When we arrived at the station we purchased out tickets and patiently (can you do that with five boys?) awaited for the train to come into the station. The train arrived and we of course had to sit on top, which realized on the way home when we attempted to sit on the lower floor that the top was much more comfortable. Also side note: the bottom section we sat in was a quiet zone, and with the seven of us the next stop we ventured back upstairs to give those people a more enjoyable ride.

We passed several train stations on the way where people loaded and got off. We saw water, went under a bridge, saw homes  and much more scenery. As we made our stop into Winter Park we were greeted by a beautiful water fountain.

We walked around Winter Park for a bit and found a little lunch spot where we all grabbed some lunch. There were cobblestone roads and old building to see. While we explored a little bit of the city our last stop was for ice cream! And as you know you can never go wrong with ice cream!

The pictures tell the story of the day!

And I almost forgot on our way home we stopped at the local State Park and walked around for a bit. Ben even found an old payphone!
