Week in Review

The boys and I have been trying to be active outside daily which as resulted in bike rides while I run. Sometimes I run solo, sometimes I have the dog, sometimes I have all five and sometimes it's just be and Ben! But each time is a good time! Sometimes my running partners falls asleep too!

B's been racing more and on his way to getting his new bike. He finished the district year off with the #109 spot and right now he's sitting in the 6th spot in his age group for the state! PUMP PUMP!!

And there's Ben...doing his thing! Mickey Mouse, Macaroni and Cheese and just some plain stubborness!

Crystal Dawn Johnson

On Friday January 25, 2019 at 8:20 AM, our family officially welcomed Crystal Dawn Johnson.

Remarkable doesn't even describe the moment. We are so blessed to be able to watch this young lady grow into the amazing women she will become.

Benjamin Turns TWO

Today our sweet little boy turns two!!

Seems like yesterday we were welcoming him into this world and now two years later we have so many memories with this little guy!

And of course he got some great Facebook shout outs this morning!

On January 22, 2017 at 2:27pm, you came into this world at 8lb 14ounces, 21 inches long. I could have never imagined how smart, funny and tough you were gonna be. You're our little spitfire, and you've earned your "honey badger" nickname for sure. You will never know how much joy you've brought, and you were the final piece of our beautiful puzzle.

Happy 2nd birthday buddy. I love you so much!

Week in Review

Ben spent sometime with Pep at the park!

Ben climbed into bed with Mommy and Daddy in the morning for some cuddles.

Brayden and I went on a dinner date while Jake and Bransen were at bmx training. Brayden ordered off the big boy menu, ate 3/4 of it and even had some room for dessert.

Bransen raced his first seven intermediate race and go in with a second place finish in Orlando!

And Benny Boo finally got a nice clean haircut!

Hectic Weekend #1

As any hectic weekend goes we sometimes are split up. One going with one kid somewhere and the other going somewhere else. Picking up and dropping off  in parking lots and seeing each other in passing.  This pass Saturday was no different.

Saturday began with Brayden attending a football agility clinic. I dropped him off and then was able to get sometime with Ben and Bransen at the bike trail. Bransen was able to practice some of his speed training, Ben relaxed (a little!) in his stroller while I got my three mile run in!

Jake took Aiden, Raylan and Bransen out to shoot. This was Bransen's first time and luckily he had the best coach their with him. These sweet little moments melt my heart. He is one lucky boy to have Jake in his life.

And onto Sunday. We had to get out of the house. All of us were starting to go a little stir crazy so we ended up taking a family hike through Bulow. Bailee included. The fresh air and family time was exactly what we all needed.

And we wrapped up Sunday evening celebrating Jake turning 35 with dinner, family and lots of laughs!

Happy 2019!

This is it! The year I actually keep up to date with our family blog! I want to remember all our memories of the year and be able to look back at it this time next year and smile for all the wonderful things we have done!

We brought in the New Year at our friend James and Tracy’s together with a bunch of close friends!

The best way to start off the day of 2019 is with a little game of laser tag.
